FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • When is the next Italiano Vero?

    Italiano Vero events happen every long weekend usually the night before the statutory holiday. We typically release our events 3 to 4 weeks before each long weekend.

  • What are Italiano Vero Special Events?

    Italiano Vero special events are STREGA Halloween, New Years Eve, & Vero Fest (an Italian themed summer festival). These are the only 3 special events other than our regular long weekend events.

  • My ticket is under a different name, can it be transferred?

    You can transfer your ticket when logging into the ticket processing website "Universe". If you are unable to login you do not need to worry about transferring your ticket to a new name. We do not match ticket names. As long as the ticket is not scanned in twice you or a friend will be able to use it.

  • I have a general admission ticket, but I am part of a bottle service table now.

    If you have a general admission ticket you will still be fine to enter through the bottle service line. You can enter with your group at the same time.

  • Can I refund my ticket?

    We do not refund tickets. We try our best to release every event weeks in advance to allow our guests the opportunity to organize and plan accordingly. Since our events sell out quickly we are unable to refund tickets and go back to those who are unable to attend because we were sold out. Moreover, we want to be fair to other guests who've purchased tickets and are attending. We recommend you arrange to swap your ticket with a friend or someone else who is looking to attend our event (the ticket name does not need to match).

  • Can I choose the location of my table/booth?

    Yes you can request a specific section or table location. We will make note of your request and try our absolute best to reserve your chosen table. However, we cannot always guarantee specific table sections/locations because we do have quite a few regulars who request or reserve the same tables.

  • Is there a minimum or maximum amount of people that we can or need to have within our table/booth?

    There is no minimum or maximum amount of people that you need to have in your table. You can have as many as you'd like. Usually tables fit around 10 to 20 people, mixed between standing and seated.

  • Can I refund my table/booth/bottle service reservation?

    We do not refund tables/booths/bottle service reservations. For many of our events we partner with venues that supply the alcohol. The sale of alcohol is through the venue. We also do not refund deposits. We sometimes collect deposits for our special events due to the high volume of reservations. If a deposit is collected it is to ensure that your table/booth/bottle service reservation is reserved and we cannot accept another reservation in it's place. We encourage guests to pay for their table/booth/bottle service bill before, at the time of, or right after the order is served.

  • What time should we arrive if we have a table/booth

    We recommend arriving as early as possible. Usually doors open at 10:00pm. Over the years our events have become increasingly popular. Arriving early is great because you get to take your time, settle in, enjoy a few drinks, and wait for the night to build up.
