FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
• No Refunds
• We are unable to offer a refund for tickets. We try our best to release event details weeks in advance to allow guests the opportunity to organize and attend.
• We have a “No Refund” policy stated on our website’s FAQ, website event page, ticketing event page, and at the time of check out.
• We apologize for any inconvenience and hope there’s still a possibility for you to attend.
• The best option is to exchange your ticket with a friend or guest looking to attend the event. The ticket does not need to be name specific. The ticket is fine, as long as the barcode scans-in.

• General Admission tickets begin at $30.00
• Tickets are available online and can be purchased at http://italianovero.ca/tickets
• Tickets are also available at the door, but may be higher in price.

• Bottle Service tickets are $25.00 (cheapest admission ticket).
• Groups reserving Bottle Service will receive an ‘Access Key’. This key will unlock the tickets on the ticketing event page, and will be available up until the event, even if General Admission sells out.
• Bottle Service tickets are priority entry.
• You will receive your ‘Access Key’ by email, once you’ve reserved bottle service at http://italianovero.ca/reservations
• All events are 19+ age of entry.
• Government photo ID is required for entry.
• Venue security has the right to refuse entry to anyone (ex. identification, intoxication, dress code, etc).
• Every long weekend

• Doors usually open at 10:00pm (this may vary each event)
• Doors usually close at 1:30pm (this may vary due to capacity or security)
• Last call for alcohol 2:00am
• Bottle service reservations held until 12:00am (latest chech-in).
• Dress to impress policy
• Collard Shirts are recommended
• T-Shirts, Jeans, Dresses, Dress Shoes, Casual Shoes are permitted.
• Jersey’s, European Track Suits (ex. Kappa), designer caps are permitted.
• Hoodies, Baggy Clothing, Athletic Gear, Camouflage, Running Shoes, are not encouraged (not permitted).
• In the unlikely and unfortunate scenario of an event being cancelled or rescheduled due to an unforeseen reason or circumstance out of our control -or- the venues control – The event will be rescheduled and organized to take place as close to originally planned. ALL Tickets & Reservations will be honoured for the rescheduled event.
• Incase of this unlikely and unfortunate reason or circumstance, please visit our Instagram for information and updates.
• We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that guests understand that we never plan on canceling or rescheduling an event.
• In the unlikely and unfortunate scenario of a Special Guest Performance or Appearance being cancelled or rescheduled due to an unforeseen reason or circumstance out of our control -or- the venues control – The event will CONTINUE as originally planned WITHOUT the Special Guest Performance or Appearance. ALL Tickets & Reservations will be honoured for the continued event.
• Following the original/continued event we will work diligently with the Special Guest(s) management, agency, and team to reschedule the Special Guests Performance or Appearance for a NEW event date. ALL guests who planned and attended the original/continued event will be given a ‘compensation option’ to attend the NEW/rescheduled event. The ‘compensation option’ will only be determined if a NEW/rescheduled event is organized.
